Our menu, which is characterized by abundant use of local ingredients from local farmers, preferably in organic quality and prepared to accentuate the natural flavour of each of the resorted ingredients.
Igor wants to focus mainly on deeper cooperation with local suppliers and select the highest quality of ingredients, which will create the right symphony of flavors using modern technological procedures.
About Igor
Young, talented Executive Chef Igor Chramec took over the helm of the Executive Chef at the popular CODA Restaurant in the music hotel Aria on the Malá Strana. Igor loves mountains, nature and all outdoor activities are an integral part of his life. As a child, he was a very conservative eater, however, over time he began to discover new tastes and a passion for combining them with each other. He has traveled almost all over the world and his travel dream is a trip to Patagonia with his wife.
Zoran is always smiling, full of enthusiasm and ready to recommend the best dish option with wine pairing for your extensive culinary experience. That´s is why Zoran & CODA is for over two decades now a synonymum for the highest level of service, extraordinary experience and excited customers.
Lukáš worked for many years at our sister restaurant Terasa U Zlaté Studně and gathered valuable experience, which he is currently thoroughly passing on to his new team at the CODA restaurant in order to improve the level of service we provide to our customers.
